To Be a Strong Footballer Requires Strength Training Routines

Everyday in the evening I play football with my friends. But to be a real strong football player I need to go through strength training routines. For a long time I wanted to perform football strength training exercises. So I decided to go to the gym. I took one of my friends with me who used to go to that gym. We reported to the gym trainer. Then on the first day I performed just squats and few body movement exercises. Next day I started with push-ups and sit-ups. I was also informed by the gym instructor that I should have a heavy breakfast and lunch so that I don’t get weak. After going for some days I came to know some very important exercises for abs, biceps,etc. I really enjoy going to the gym now and I visit the gym regularly. These training exercises really keep my body fit and now I am a really strong football player.
